After finishing high school, he finished first and second degree academic studies in the field of political science, in Belgrade. After that, in 2022, he obtained his doctorate in Belgrade, at the accredited Faculty of Law, after which he was engaged at the Faculty of Law, Security and Management "Konstantin the Great" in Niš. He was elected to the position of assistant professor in 2023 and engaged as a lecturer at the faculty. By publishing scientific articles in categorized scientific journals and proceedings of international conferences, he profiled himself in the narrower scientific fields of international relations, international law and political science in the field of public policies. He has experience in cooperation and implementation of joint projects with IOM, UNDP, USAID and local self-governments in the Republic of Serbia. He speaks English.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Niš. He passed the bar exam in 2022, and the bar exam in 2023. It is served in English and Russian. He has been engaged in civic activism since 2011. He is currently engaged in the position of secretary of a higher education institution. He is one of the founders of the International Center for Economics and Public Policy. Certified in the field of public policies of the European Union by the Center for Public Policies of the European Union at the Faculty of Law in Nis.

He graduated from the Law and Business High School in Niš, after which he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Niš. He passed the bar exam in 2017 in Belgrade. He performed tasks of a technical nature in the company "Radijator DOO" from Niš and worked in the HR department of the company "GRAVITY CODE" from Niš. In the period from 2014 to 2017, he did an internship with a lawyer, after which he practiced law on his own. He has been a member of the association of writers "Čegar" since 2012, where he published several literary works in the Proceedings of the Association "Čegar". He has been with the International Center for Economics and Public Policy since its foundation and is at the head of the public policy sector, as executive director.

By education, he holds a master's degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Niš. In the association International Center for Economics and Public Policy, he holds the position of Executive Director of the Sector for Economics. A member of the association became motivated by the desire to contribute to the improvement of regional and local economic development and the improvement of the quality of life of the residents of Nis and the Republic of Serbia.

He has been a member of the International Center for Economics and Public Policy since its establishment and is one of the active participants in the development and implementation of ideas dealing with economic and public policy topics in cooperation with the founders of the center. and through personal training, he works intensively on connecting historical events with the current geopolitical situation, observing and analyzing changes in international relations throughout history. He is in the position of Executive Director of the Technical Support Sector, and is also a member of the Management Board of the association.

He is Executive Director of the Publishing and Journalism Sector of the International Center for Economics and Public Policy, with an office in Niš. Manages the work of the Journalism Department, the Publishing Department and the Public Relations Department. He has been a part of the Center since its establishment, and his main motive for working in the Center is the desire to communicate both with experts from various scientific fields, as well as with the citizens of the Republic of Serbia and the countries of the region. Miloš has a Master's degree in chemical technology engineering, which he obtained at the Faculty of Technology in Leskovac. He completed secondary medical school, majoring in pharmaceutical technician, in Leskovac, while he completed his basic studies at the University of Belgrade, at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, majoring in chemical engineering.

He completed his basic academic studies at the Faculty of Law in Nis. After that, he finishes his master's studies, and then in 2020, his doctoral studies, earning the title of Doctor of Legal Sciences. He passed the bar exam in 2018 in Belgrade. Since 2014, he has been appointed by the Ministry of Justice as a forensic expert for a special and narrow specialty - graphoscopy (forgery of seals and signatures), which has become his primary activity. Within the Center for Constructive Conflict Resolution of Serbia, he completed basic training for mediation in the peaceful resolution of disputes. He is a regular participant in both national and international conferences. In 2021, he was appointed to the position of assistant professor in the scientific field of law, narrower theoretical and legal field at the University "Union Nikola Tesla" in Belgrade, and to the position of assistant professor in the scientific field of law, narrower civil-legal field at the University "Union Nikola Tesla" in Belgrade was appointed in 2022. He is the author of numerous scientific articles and works.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Niš in 2019, after which master's degree in the same. He is currently a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law in Nis, Department of Legal History. He is a researcher at ICUN. In the period 2021/22, he held the position of president of ELSA Serbia. He is currently in the position of president of the Supervisory Board of the same organization. He attended the summer law school organized by the Faculty of Law in Salzburg. With notable participation, he becomes an alumni of the same. In the period 2021/22, he was a member of the Council of the Faculty of Law in Niš. He is the organizer and participant of numerous lectures, seminars, conferences and forums. He speaks English and Russian.

Prof. Dr. Gordana Kocić is a regular professor at the University of Niš Faculty of Medicine. Prof. Kocić is a member of the Medical Academy of Sciences (Serbian Medical Society) and a scientific worker with the largest number of publications. He is also a scientist with the highest scientific competence, editor and author of a scientific monograph of the highest world rank, member of the Expert Team of EU scientists for the assessment of the largest European Horizon projects, winner of a significant number of awards and recognitions in the country and in the world, winner of the Silver Badge of the University of Niš for results in scientific work, winner of the award of the Serbian Medical Society for scientific research contribution.
